Request a Walkthrough

HomeHow We Work

A clear plan, and a team that's ready on day one.

From the first walkthrough to the day to day, here's what working with Nomad Facilities looks like.

Getting started

Four steps from first call to a clean office.

A walkthrough request isn't a booking. We'll contact you to find a time that works.

  1. Tell us about your space

Share the location, how the office is used, and the services you're considering. The form takes a couple of minutes, or you can call or email.

  2. Walk through it together

We visit with you to see the layout, surfaces, and high-traffic areas, and to understand access, building rules, and what matters most to your team.

  3. Agree on the plan

You get a written proposal with the scope for each area, frequency, supplies, pricing, and how we'll stay in touch. Nothing is bundled in that you didn't ask for.

  4. Start with a prepared team

We coordinate access and any building paperwork, train the crew on your space, introduce your point of contact, and review the plan as your needs change.

Before the first visit

Our people are trained, accountable, and prepared.

We don't simply assign someone an address. Every team is set up for your workplace before working on its own.

  • Comprehensively insured

Coverage designed for NYC commercial workplace requirements, with certificates of insurance coordinated when your building requires them.

  • Background-checked teams

Our cleaners are background-checked before being assigned to a client's workplace.

  • Trained for your space

Cleaners are trained in person on your office, scope, access, and expectations before working on their own.

  • Built-in coverage

Backup team members are trained on your workplace, so a replacement can step in without you starting over.

Once service starts

One less thing for your team to manage.

  • A named point of contact

One person who knows your account and answers for it.

  • Requests in your channel

Slack, text, or email. Add a clean, move a visit, or flag something in one message.

  • Supervisor space reviews

Supervisors walk the space with a checklist and follow up on anything that needs attention.

  • Visit tracking

Crews clock in and out, so there's a record of when work happened.

Supplies

What we bring, and what stays on your side.

We bring

Cleaning equipment and supplies

Our teams arrive with what the job needs: vacuums, mops, cleaning sprays, and other cleaning tools.

You provide

Everyday consumables

Trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and dish soap.

Or leave it to us. We can keep consumables stocked for a small replenishment fee, agreed in your plan.

For property managers and landlords

Built for work inside commercial buildings.

Whether you manage the building or lease space in it, we handle the details buildings care about.

  • Insurance and certificates

We coordinate certificates of insurance and building-specific insurance requirements as part of onboarding.

  • Access and building rules

After-hours entry, key and badge procedures, freight elevators, and loading docks, arranged with building management before the first visit.

  • Building management communication

We work directly with property and building managers on schedules, access, and anything that affects the building.

  • Move-ins and handovers

Post-construction, move-in, and move-out cleaning, scheduled around project dates so suites are ready for the next tenant. Post-construction cleaning

  • Vendor coordination

When a job needs a licensed trade, we arrange a qualified provider and keep everyone informed. Workplace support

  • Professional teams in occupied buildings

Uniformed, trained crews who work around tenants, respect shared spaces, and follow building protocols.
