The final clean between a build-out or a move and the first day your team uses the space. We plan it around your project dates, the building's rules, and the other trades still on site.

After construction
- Fine dust removed from accessible surfaces, ledges, and fixtures
- Windowsills, frames, and interior glass cleaned
- Floors cleaned to suit the material
- Restrooms and pantry detailed and ready to use
Moving in
- Final wipe-down once furniture is in place
- New appliances, cabinets, and storage cleaned
- A walkthrough with you before day one
Moving out
- Cleaning after furniture and equipment are removed
- Kitchens, restrooms, and floors left ready for handover
Some projects need more than one pass: a rough clean after the trades finish, then a final clean before move-in. We'll recommend what fits your timeline.

Getting started
How we set it up.
We'll review the project timeline with you or your contractor, walk the space, confirm building rules and access for the work, and schedule each pass so the suite is ready for move-in or handover.
Not part of the clean
Heavy debris hauling, hazardous materials, restoration work, and fixing construction defects aren't included. We coordinate our timing with your contractor or project manager so we're not cleaning around unfinished work.
Questions about post-construction & move cleaning
When should the final clean be scheduled?
After the trades have finished and before furniture arrives, if possible, with time for a touch-up after move-in. We'll help you place it in the project schedule.
Can the cleaning happen in stages?
Yes. Larger projects often need a rough clean and a final clean, or floor-by-floor handovers. We'll scope it to match.
What's outside the standard scope?
Debris removal, hazardous materials, repairs, and restoration. If you need any of those, tell us early so the right provider can be lined up.
Do you work with property managers and landlords?
Yes. We can coordinate directly with building management on access, insurance certificates, and freight elevator or loading dock bookings, and prepare a suite for handover to a new tenant.
