How Nomad Facilities handles the information you send through this website.
What we collect
When you send a request, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, company, the services you're interested in, and anything optional you choose to add, such as a phone number, office address, office size, timing, and a message.
We also record basic information about how the request reached us, such as the page you sent it from. We don't ask for payment details, building access codes, or floor plans through this website.
How we use it
We use your details to respond, to arrange a walkthrough, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. We don't sign you up for marketing emails because you sent a request.
Who can see it
Requests are available to the Nomad Facilities team members responsible for new business, and to Netlify, the service provider that hosts this website and its request form.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how this website is used: which pages are visited, which buttons are clicked, and how visitors move through a page, including recordings of page visits. PostHog sets a cookie so it can recognize a returning browser. Anything typed into the request form is hidden from these recordings and isn't sent to PostHog.
Advertising measurement
We advertise in ChatGPT and use OpenAI's measurement pixel to see whether those ads lead to walkthrough requests. The pixel records which pages are visited and when a request is sent, and sets two cookies: one that remembers which ad brought you here (kept for up to 30 days) and one that recognizes your browser on this site (kept for up to a year). It may also send a scrambled (hashed) version of contact details, such as an email address, so a request can be matched to an ad. It isn't used to show you ads on other websites. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the pixel is turned off and sets no cookies. You can also block or clear these cookies in your browser settings.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you've sent by emailing clean@nomadfacilities.com.
