A good fit when
Who this helps.
- Carpets or floors look worn even though the office is cleaned regularly.
- You have a board meeting, investor visit, or event coming up.
- A lobby, reception, or elevator has stone or metal finishes that need care.
- You want a few deep cleans a year built into your program.

Getting started
How we set it up.
We'll walk the space, note every surface and finish that needs special care, agree on methods and timing, and coordinate after-hours access with building management.
Outside this service
Exterior high-rise window cleaning, mold remediation, and hazardous material removal are specialized trades and aren't part of this service. Ask us, and we'll tell you whether we can arrange it through a qualified provider.
Questions about deep & specialty cleaning
How is this different from recurring cleaning?
Recurring cleaning keeps the office in good shape day to day. Deep and specialty cleaning goes further on specific surfaces, with equipment and time a nightly clean doesn't include.
Can we book a one-time deep clean?
Yes. You don't need a recurring program to book specialty work, and you can also add it to one.
What do you need to know about our floors and finishes?
The materials, their age and condition, and any manufacturer or building requirements. A walkthrough is the easiest way for us to see them.
Will it disrupt the workday?
Specialty work can usually be scheduled for evenings or weekends. We'll agree timing with you and the building.
Tell us about your space.
We'll set up a time to walk it with you. Deep & Specialty Cleaning will already be selected on the form.
